Who can I email for help?

How can I report an issue with the webstore?

Try using a different browser, clearing your cache/cookies, and restarting your device. If the issue persists, please report the issue to the support email above. Please be sure to include details like what device & browser you are using, how to replicate the issue, any applicable order number(s), and attach any screenshots or media that can help us diagnose the issue.

 

How can I create an account?

Click the "Create account" link at the top of the screen. If you have already placed an order with us and this page doesn't work for you, you may use the "Forgot password?" feature to setup your password for the first time.

 

How can I track my order?

Click here to access the order tracking page. You will need your order number (ex: K1234) and the email address you used during checkout. You can also track your order by clicking the "My Orders" button on the sidebar of your account page when logged in. 

 

What is your exchanges/returns policy?

  • 90 days for store credit and exchanges
  • 30 days for a full refund to original payment method

Items must be in resellable condition (with original tags if applicable). 

 

How do I start a return or exchange?

Please email info@klingspormerchandise.com with a brief explanation of your request.

 

How do I cancel an order?

Please email info@klingspormerchandise.com with your order number and reason for cancellation as soon as possible to request order cancellation. If your order status is already fulfilled/shipped, it is not possible to cancel your order - you can seek exchange/return options instead.

 

Can I request to receive free item(s) as customer gifts, for customer parties, etc.?

Please email info@klingspormerchandise.com with your detailed request, including items and customer information. These requests are handled on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed. Please allow up to 3 business days for approval. If your request is approved, you will receive an order confirmation with your courtesy/free order information. All courtesy/free orders are only to be shipped by UPS Ground; Please keep this mind as it may take up to 10 business days for courtesy/free order delivery. 

  

What shipping/delivery options are available?

Local Delivery

Delivered to your desk or workstation within one business day.

Free 
Only available for Hickory Office/Plant & Klingspor's Woodworking Shop Hickory location.

UPS Ground

Orders take up to six business days to deliver.

$5 Fee

Fee waived for orders over $25.

UPS 2nd Day Air

Orders take up to two business days to deliver.

$35 Fee Fee waived for orders over $150.

UPS Overnight - Next Day Air Saver

Orders deliver the next business day.

$50 Fee

    We ship Monday to Friday during normal business hours, excluding holidays (Eastern time). Please note: some special/drop-shipped products may require a small shipping fee, which is shown at checkout.

    Which payment methods are accepted?

    Payment methods are shown at checkout:

    • Redeem KAP Points (1 KAP point = $1 USD)
    • Payroll Deduction
    • PayPal (including all Major Credit/Debit Cards)

     

    Special Policy for Orders placed with Payroll Deduction payment method:

    Orders placed with payroll deduction may take an additional business day to process/ship. Completed payroll deductions show under the "Company Store" section of your applicable ADP payroll statement.

     

    Special Policy for Orders placed with KAP Point redemption payment method:

    Orders placed with KAP Point redemption may take an additional business day to process/ship. 1 KAP Point = $1 USD. Order total rounds to the nearest whole dollar. We will deduct the order total from your KAP account if you select this option. Please verify that you have enough KAP points to complete your order. If you place an order and do not have a sufficient KAP balance, you will be notified and your order will be cancelled.

     

    Where can I apply my store credit?

    If you have store credit in your account, you will see an option to apply it on your shopping cart page. You must be logged in AND must have valid store credit to see this option.

     

    Where can I apply my discount code or gift card code?

    At checkout, you will be prompted to enter a code. Only one code can be used at a time. Here is a picture of the code entry box:
